Stage 1: Phone Interview with Talent

The phone interview takes place with one of our Talent Partners.

We use this time to assess your suitability for the role and to ensure you align with our values. Be prepared to discuss the impact you’ve had in your latest roles and draw from examples where you can!

We recommend preparing questions to ask us - this is an opportunity for you to get to know more about the role, team and Healios.

Stage 2: Hiring Manager Interview

45 mins

We’ll start with introductions, before moving onto 20 minutes of interview questions. They will be a mix of role related questions to get to know your experience, motivations and ways of working.

We are very passionate about making sure we find the right people to join our mission, but it is just as important that you use the opportunity to make sure you feel that Healios is right for you too! We’ll have 20 mins at the end for you to ask questions.

We recommend thinking about your motivations for joining Healios and how you view practices to enable excellence in software engineering teams.

Stage 3: Leadership & People Management Interview - Enabling excellence in your team

60 mins

The People Management interview tends to take place with two Engineering Managers.

The purpose of this interview is to assess your people management skills, growth mindset and alignment with our values.

We’ll use the first 5 mins for introductions, followed by 65 min of interview questions. It is just as important that you use the opportunity to make sure you feel that Healios is right for you too! We’ll have 20 mins at the end for you to ask questions.
