Stage 1: Phone Interview with Talent

30 mins

The phone interview takes place with one of our Talent Partners.

We use this time to assess your suitability for the role and to ensure you align with our values. Be prepared to discuss the impact you’ve had in your latest roles and draw from examples where you can!

We would love for you to come prepared with some questions as this is the first opportunity for you to get to know more about the role, team and Healios.

Stage 2: Behavioural and Values Interview

60 mins

The behavioural interview takes place with an Engineering Manager and a member of the Product team.

The questions will be competency based so we recommend preparing examples to talk about which showcase your experience and the impact you’ve had on a team or project.

We will assess your collaboration style (we work in cross functional teams!), communication skills, interest in Design and critical thinking.

Stage 3: Take Home Technical Task

You’ll receive the take home task from our Talent Partner. It has been designed by our Engineering team and will test your knowledge of best practice and approach to understanding the problem to be solved.
