We use this time to assess your suitability for the role and to ensure you align with our values. Be prepared to discuss the impact you’ve had in your latest roles and draw from examples where you can.

We would love for you to come prepared with some questions as this is the first opportunity for you to get to know more about the role, team and Healios!

Stage 2: Hiring Manager Interview

Hiring Manager + Key Stakeholder or Peer

The competency interview takes place with the hiring manager and a key stakeholder or peer from your direct team.

The interview will be structured as followed:
