Our commitment to our clients
Caseload numbers have been allocated to help improve your working life at Healios by having achievable targets, provide clarity over what is expected of you, ensure you have time to complete both clinical work, training, projects and further your careers. This will support quality and improve flow through our services, which will improve waiting times and therefore the experience of customers and children, young people and families.

Each clinician will be given a job plan so we can ensure there is enough time in their week for both their direct clinical work with families and other tasks such as admin and CPD.

- If we feel that a client could benefit from additional support that we cannot provide at Healios, clinicians will discuss this in clinical supervision and with their Team Lead. Team leads will liaise with the NHS service about the client’s needs and what could be provide
