Stage 1: Phone Interview with Talent

The phone interview takes place with one of our Talent Partners.

We use this time to assess your suitability for the role and to ensure you align with our values. Be prepared to discuss the impact you’ve had in your latest roles and draw from examples where you can!

We would love for you to come prepared with some questions as this is the first opportunity for you to get to know more about the role, team and Healios. We’ll also use this time to run through the rest of the interview process.

Stage 2: Take Home Written Task

1-2 Hours

We will send you a brief to complete remotely in your own time. It tends to be related to Healios and we’re looking to assess your approach to solving a problem. It usually takes no longer than 1 or 2 hours to complete and you can reach out to your TA Partner at any time to clarify questions.

Stage 3: Values Interview

30 mins

This is an opportunity for you to meet our Value Champions. The interview consists of competency based interview questions to assess for culture add. We recommend preparing examples as you will be asked to draw from your experience.
