Stage 1: Phone Interview with Talent

The phone interview takes place with one of our Talent Partners.

We use this time to assess your suitability for the role and to ensure you align with our values. Be prepared to discuss the impact you’ve had in your latest roles and draw from examples where you can!

We would love for you to come prepared with some questions as this is the first opportunity for you to get to know more about the role, team and Healios.

Stage 2: Hiring Manager Interview

45 mins

The first interview will take place with a member of our Head of Platform.

The purpose of this interview is to assess your suitability for the role. It will be competency based and is designed to test for your communication skills, collaboration style and the impact you’ve had in your recent experience.

We’ll use the first 5 mins for introductions, followed by 20 min of interview questions.

We are very passionate about making sure we find the right people to join our mission, but it is just as important that you use the opportunity to make sure you feel that Healios is right for you too! We’ll have 15 mins at the end for you to ask questions.

Stage 3: Technical and Behavioural Interview

90 mins

The final stage interview is a mix of technical and behavioural questions. We also include a problem solving exercise.
