Stage 1: Phone Interview with Talent

The phone interview takes place with one of our Talent Partners.

We use this time to assess your suitability for the role and to ensure you align with our values. Be prepared to discuss the impact you’ve had in your latest roles and draw from examples where you can!

We recommend preparing questions to ask us - this is an opportunity for you to get to know more about the role, team and Healios.

Stage 2: Skills Interview

60 mins

This is an opportunity for you to meet our Head of Design and a member of the Product team.

We’ll use this interview to assess your critical thinking skills, experience in the design process and understanding of data to drive decisions. We’re a big fan of the Triple Diamond Design process!

Stage 3: Task and Culture Interview

90 mins

The final stage of the interview process will involve preparing a task for us.

It will relate to Healios and we’ll ask you to present your ideas to our Product Leadership team.
