Stage 1: Phone Interview with Talent

The phone interview takes place with one of our Talent Partners.

We use this time to assess your suitability for the role and to ensure you align with our values. Be prepared to discuss the impact you’ve had in your latest roles and draw from examples where you can!

We recommend preparing questions to ask us - this is an opportunity for you to get to know more about the role, team and Healios.

Stage 2: Hiring Manager Interview

60 mins

The first interview will take place with two members of the Product team.

The purpose of this interview is to assess your suitability for the role. It will be competency based and is designed to understand your critical thinking skills, stakeholder management and ability to make data driven decisions.

We’ll use the first 5 mins for introductions, followed by 40 min of interview questions.

We are very passionate about making sure we find the right people to join our mission, but it is just as important that you use the opportunity to make sure you feel that Healios is right for you too! We’ll have 15 mins at the end for you to ask questions.
