Stage 1: Phone Interview with Talent

The phone interview takes place with one of our Talent Partners.
We use this time to assess your suitability for the role and to ensure you align with our values. Be prepared to discuss the impact you’ve had in your latest roles and draw from examples where you can!
We would love for you to come prepared with some questions as this is the first opportunity for you to get to know more about the role, team and Healios.
Stage 2: Coding Challenge
You’ll receive the coding challenge from our Talent Partner and it is broken into two tasks. You’ll have the choice to complete the challenge in Python or Ruby.
It has been designed by our Engineering team but it is sent via Codility. The aim is to assess your knowledge of best practice and approach to solving the problem.
The median time to solve both challenges is roughly 80 mins.
The timer allows 4 hours in total to complete both solutions to give you enough time for breaks or dinner in between.
We definitely don’t expect you to spend a full 4 hours on this and we want to be able to work around all your other commitments as appropriate.
