In 2021 we launched our Value Champions initiative, identifying and training our first group of Value Champions - employees who are recognised as really embodying our values. Values Champions can come from any area of the organisation and play a vital role in our recruitment process.
During your interview process you will have a value champion on the panel, they will be there to measure your alignment with our values and also another friendly face on the panel.
When you have been with the Healios for over 6 months you will be eligible, with your manager’ endorsement, to become a value champion. The cohorts run every quarter and consist of a training session on all things in safer recruitment and our values.
