As a service we operate from 8am - 9pm 7 days a week, giving our clients as many options as possible to get the support they need.

As a Healios clinician you will be put into a team with other clinicians within the service. You will be allocated a Team Lead and a Clinical Supervisor. You will have weekly team meetings, as well as regular 121 meetings with your Team Lead. Clinical supervision and line management are provided on a monthly basis. In addition, there are regular MDTs where clinical discussions are held. We offer lots of development opportunities, whether that be signing up to our upskilling courses on our internal learning & development platform or using your yearly learning & development fund on an external course, the opportunities are endless! You will also have access to our Career Progression Framework which may help you to explore your progression and development at Healios.
